How it works

How we help, week by week.

We take the hassle of thinking about, maintaining, and orchestrating your business presence on LinkedIn, so the company and its employees can spend their time innovating and serving their customers, whilst EUC Desk handles the social presence, the communication cadence, the momentum, the connection, and the community engagement.

Don't pay someone else or waste valuable time. Let us free you up to do what you love. We take care of the rest.

One company page. Engagement, following, retention, and brand awareness. A rhythm you can see, and reports you can read. We never post as a person.

The month

  1. Subscribe

You choose a tier. Stripe takes the billing email, company name, and LinkedIn company page URL.

  2. Kickoff

Before the first post, send the brand kit: logo, colours, fonts, voice, brand guidelines, and the image template for your tier. Then invite us as a company-page admin.

  3. Look after the page

We draft, check, and publish on the plan. Replies stay on the company page.

  4. Report

You receive the reports for your tier. Within 7 calendar days of sign-up you can ask for the first charge back. After that, cancel anytime and rejoin on any tier.

How a post goes live

  1. Draft

The words stay in your voice, your language, and the topics you agreed.

  2. Check

Graphics are checked for content credentials before upload. A failed check does not go live.

  3. Review

We hold anything that misses the rules you agreed, or that is not ready.

  4. Publish

It goes live as the company page. We do not publish it as a person.

Why EUC Desk

The help stays on the company page. Graphics are checked first. The rhythm is visible. You can cancel anytime and rejoin on any tier. The work is organic.

01

Company page only

We post and reply as your company page. We never post as a person. If a personal profile is selected, the post stops.

02

Graphics checked first

Every image is checked, including content credentials, before it can go live. A failed check stays offline.

03

A rhythm you can see

A posting plan, a weekly engagement limit, a record of what went out, and notes from the day through to the month.

04

Cancel anytime

Stop in the Stripe portal whenever you like. The next renewal does not run. Come back later and choose any tier.

05

Organic only

No ads, boosts, or surprise spend. Paid LinkedIn is a separate decision, and only if you ask for it.

Themes, and what goes live

From the customer area you can ask for a theme that runs for a set number of days. You can type the topic, or ask us to suggest one. A suggestion is priced higher than a typed theme. The extra amount is not fixed yet.

Typed or suggested, you choose the publish mode for that request. Peer review: you look at the posts and select which ones go live. Auto-post: we publish inside the rules you agreed, without asking you to pick each post. You can switch that choice later on the same request.

On peer review, no reply means hold. We never auto-post a draft you have not answered. Thereview queue reminds you that an unanswered draft is deleted after 48 hours. Approve, Amend, or Skip is the reply. After 48 hours with none of those, the draft leaves the queue and does not go live.

Approve, Amend, Skip, and any change to the wording happen in that review queue on eucdesk.com. Email and WhatsApp only tell you a draft is waiting, with a link to the page. They are not where you review. A reply there does not approve, amend, or skip. The link opens customer login on eucdesk.com. After you sign in, the queue lists the drafts. Each draft opens only with its own 6-digit code. You can edit the post or article itself. An edit stays on hold until you Approve, Amend, or Skip. Once a day we compare that edit with the prior draft and learn the company style. A weekly report tells admins and users what we saw, what we learned, and what we will adopt next.

After you subscribe

Before the first post, send the brand kit: logo, colours, fonts, voice, brand guidelines, and the image template for your tier. Invite the operating account as a company-page admin. Reports follow the tier you chose on pricing.
